Services rendered include infrastructure auditing, algorithmic strategy validation, and regulatory alignment guidance. All consultation is provided on an advisory-only basis, intended to support existing hospital administration and medical lead roles.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use generated reports exclusively for internal institutional development unless otherwise stated in a Master Service Agreement.

SilverStay AI shall not be held liable for any decisions made, or outcomes resulting from, the implementation of AI systems based on our advisory content. The healthcare provider assumes full responsibility for the testing, validation, and clinical deployment of any system.
